Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a safe supportive space for you to deeply learn, understand, and accept yourself through the insight and connection with another human being - a therapist. It is a vulnerable but rewarding journey. The research shows that therapeutic relationships (a.k.a therapeutic alliance) are the most important factor influencing the positive outcome of therapy.

We can meet in person in the cozy and warm office in NYC (Grand Central / Bryant Park area) OR virtually if you reside in NY State
